The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. A student learns self treatment as well as healing others by giving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions. The sessions are practical and experiential as one uses all the level II symbols including distant healing and practices using various Japanese Reiki Techniques
In Reiki I, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of this ancient healing modality, mastering the art of giving and receiving complete Reiki treatments using the traditional hand positions.
Reiki Level 1 Training
Details: This introductory Reiki training focuses on self-healing. You will receive a Reiki attunement, learn the history and principles of Reiki, and practice techniques for self-treatment. Upon completion, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate, empowering you to continue your self-healing journey.
